Harris Corporation has the perfect tablet if you plan on going into a war zone.  The RF 3590 android tablet runs on Honeycomb, and has some pretty impressive specifications.  A dual-core 1.5GHZ processor, 2GB ram, and either 64 or 128GB SSID is a good start.  The 7″ screen has 1024 x 600 resolution, and there’s plenty of connectivity, with WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth, Ethernet, HDMI, SD and USB.  The device can use voice activation, or stealth mode.  No price on the ruggedized device, but it probably won’t come cheap.
