Although it is a fairly new device, there are several cases already available for the Toshiba Thrive.  First is the rooCASE leather executive portfolio, available in black, magenta and red.  It provides for both landscape and portrait viewing with a 45 degree angle with the built-in stand.  Ports and controls are accessible, while there is a loop to hold a stylus, and slots to keep business cards in.  For $35, you can see it here at-  http://www.amazon.com/rooCASE-Executive-Portfolio-Landscape-10-1-Inch/dp/B00572M31A/ref=sr_1_8?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1312981940&sr=1-8

MoKo has a folding cover case, with built-in stand for the Thrive.  Made of leather with a microfiber interior, this case provides two viewing angles, while allowing full access to ports and controls.  Coming in at $20, this black case can be seen at-  http://www.amazon.com/MoKo-Folding-Toshiba-10-1-Inch-Android/dp/B005FW56WA/ref=sr_1_13?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1312982330&sr=1-13

Toshiba also sells a case for the Thrive.  Surprisingly, it has not received many good reviews.  Most users seem to think it’s too bulky and heavy.  However, it does have a unique swivel design, and the hard-shell construction should provide good protection.  You can see the $39 case for yourself here-  http://www.amazon.com/dp/B004YIFODW/ref=asc_df_B004YIFODW1655606?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&tag=dealt1-20&linkCode=asn&creative=395093&creativeASIN=B004YIFODW
