    I am getting a Windows 7 tablet.

I am getting a windows 7 ultimate pre-installed tablet tom . I already have an Adam , but for my accounting package and other productivity suit, I feel more at home with windows. I see there are lots of tablets with dual android booting , but this being just windows installed, can anyone help me and point me as to how android can be installed . Also how win 7 ultimate can be slimmed down , if at all, for use with tablet. I will also post my experience on the use of the tablet once I get it. I am told it is an assembled one with 1.6 processor,2gb ddr2 ram,3g(which i do not have on my Adam), wifi, bluetooth etc.

Hoping I could install windows 8, when it is released and becomes usable on a tablet . Though win 7 was not built for tablets, I have good experience with it on my desktop and the videos are quite promising. A little laggy and battery is nothing to write home about, but it is more for portability as I find lugging my Acer laptop almost as difficult as porting my desktop. Last but not the least I am buying a used one , not very expensive , so taking the plunge. Waiting for my Adam to get working honeycomb . I am quite happy with it as it is, but may be want to be happier.

Also, you have to consider windows 8 won't be out for almost a year, who wants to wait that long? It should work on the tablet no problem I would think.

I go the tab and surprised at the responsiveness I may change the drive to ssd instead of HDD and see how it goes . Any idea whether it is doable . I thought it may reduce the heat somewhat , which is quite dis turbing if we are out in the open.
