I don't know of a sensitivity option, however android does let you calibrate your touchscreen...
I have a connect and it works fine but I wonder if there is a way to increase the sensitivity of the screen? I don't see anything in the settings to try.
Thanks for your help!

I haven't found a calibration setting on my Connect. Is it something tucked away somewhere or do I need to use an app? Any suggestions for a good one, I have ICS.
I don't have a connect, but I would try:
Settings/Language andKeyboard/TouchInput/Text Input/Calibration Tool.
