i have installed vegabean beta 6 using the nv flash method, i was wondering which is the best version and what are the differences between the nvfalsh version and the cwm version. i do have a few issues with vegabean but its working in the most part, also i cant seem to get the vega into recovery mode tried everything but still will not have it.

VegaBean Beta 6 seems to be the 'best' currently.

no difference between cwm & NV version, just the install method.

Thinking of installing VegaBean Beta 6 on my POV Mobii Tegra. Could you tell me what issues are you having? Also, what size/class sd card did you use and how big did you make the EXT4 partition?

Depending on your sd card anything from 512mb to 1gb ,download partition wizard and make the ext4 partition at the end of your sd card and make it primary,
and no issues to speak of

I've just ordered a 16gb class 10 sd card and I was going to make the ext4 partition 4gb. But I've read a few times now that 1gb would be more than enough.
