    New ICS for Vega,Viewpad ?

Cass is working on ICS with Kernel 4.0.4. Aero stopped develpopment of HI and Corvus has joined the Kernel thread discussion at MoDaCo.

Will be there a brand new ROM with support from all core developer from VegaICS, HI and Corvus ? ... this would be a great rom !!!

It depends... All the bases are the same. Same kernel from eduardo. Everybody is doing something. Take a look:

    Corvus reborn ... nice

In the kernel thread there seems to be one team... we will see what will released...
Best would be a joint Rom with all the expertise

I don't know it this is the right place to say this, but, a port of the Open Kang AOKP ICS would be freaking awesome.

Yeah at the moment i dont have any interest in AOKP / CM9, i have built and boot CM9 before and moved my base back to AOSP, i prefer stock ... maybe once the remaninig issues are resolved it will be done .. but hey, why not do yourself, its not so hard, and now there are a good few people to help get you started

LOL there is an unofficial AOKP available for the G Tablet, actually built by one of the AOKP guys, and I thought I would have a go at porting it to the Vega, I failed spectacularly.
I managed to get it to boot but after that it would just keep showing the boot animation and do nothing else.
Here is the link if anybody else fancies a go at porting it GTablet AOKP Milestone 5

I wish I knew enough to do so, and even tho I could do a "trial and error run", unfortunately I'm not having that much free time lately.
But if no one does it until I have some time I guess I'll give it a go. It would be a great experience.
