Hi guys,
Think the Vegacomb Rom is fanstastic but I need to reflash Moddedstock V2 as would like to run the screen calibration app 'moduleap.apk'. I've read that I need to install this with Mooddedstock V2 before flashing Vegacomb 9n + update.
Being new to all this I'm a little unsure how to get back to Moddedstock V2 from the Vegacomb 9n installation! Could someone please help me?
I'm thinking that I select 'recovery' from the power down menu, wait for CWM to run and then double click on the VegaModdedStock application in windows? is this correct or should I be doing something different?
Any help would be much appreciated![]()

To return to your Vega to MODDEDSTOCK V2 you will need to enter nvFLASH RECOVERY MODE...
If you haven't already done so, you will need to install the Windows USB System driver ( availble here Advent | Vega Internet tablet ).
Download and EXTRACT it a folder on your PC (eg. C:/ADVENT)
Connect your Vega to your PC, via a USB cable.
Connect your Vega to the mains, via the charger.
On the Vega, effect a FORCED POWERDOWN by long pressing (6 seconds) the POWERBUTTON.
Now to enter nvFLASH RECOVERY MODE...
Press and hold the BACKBUTTON for 2 seconds
Still holding the BACKBUTTON, press the POWERBUTTON for 2 seconds
...and release...
But continue to hold the BACKBUTTON for a further 2 seconds.
Upon succesfull completion of this key press sequence, your PC will either direct you to install the USB System driver (in which case, point it to the folder as detailed above)...
...or it will 'ping' the 'found new hardware' sound
Now, on your PC, you can double click on the MODDEDSTOCK .exe (or whatever ROM you wish to nvFLASH).
GED.
PS. as an aside... I've never heard of moduleap.apk...

GED - your instrutions worked great thanks
I thought that maybe the nvFLASH recovery mode my have been replaced by ClockWorkMod Recovery but that's obviouly just me not understanding how it all works!
The moduleap.apk is to recalibrate the touch screen as I am having some problems with it. The thread in AdventVegaFAQ about fixing an unresponsive touch screen suggested giving to try it.
Thanks again for the help, it's all working well at the moment
