Asus Transformer NVFlash Stock 3.1 & Stock 3.2 Recovery Roms (Unbricking Tools)

Attention: These tools are designed to bring your device back to working condition. They are great for getting back to stock if you need to send your device in for repair or you need to downgrade to stock in order to root your device, etc. If you are one of the rare few that actually has your screen lockup after flashing back, do not panic as the solution is to fully discharge your device. Some people have experienced issues with OTA updates not functioning and blamed this tool. After speaking with the developers and looking at the server it appears that Asus may be blocking you from updating your device if you had already done so in the past. So be warned that you will want to check their website for the latest manual update if I don't have a NVFlash version listed here.

Before starting - Look at your serial number on the bottom of your tablet. If your device is B70 or greater then do not use this tool. Asus has changed the secure boot key, rendering this utility useless for most be 70 or newer tablets. The good news is that the guys over at Android.Mobi are working to update it to support your devices. Check back often for updates. Also, make sure you charge your tablet for a bit before starting this process.

    Instructions for Windows users
    1. download file
    2. unpack zip to desktop
    3. Press Volume up and Power at the same time to enter APX mode, connect to pc (hold for about 7 seconds)
    4. drivers for APX are in there if you need them
    5. Run Download.bat file and let run! everything is prepackaged so no copying files, etc.
    6. After the device reboots power it off. Then hold vol- and power until you get the option to erase your data.... Select the option to wipe data.
    7. Download the latest update from the Asus website if applicable and follow the manual instructions. This step may not be necessary if your OTA update worked or my nvflash is the latest version.

    Instructions for Linux users
    1. download file
    2. unpack zip to desktop
    3. Press Volume up and Power at the same time to enter APX mode, connect to pc (hold for about 7 seconds)
    4. Run sudo bash ./download.sh
    5. After the device reboots power it off. Then hold vol- and power until you get the option to erase your data.... Select the option to wipe data.
    6. Next download the latest update from the asus website (link above), extract to your microsd card and then run the update.

Tried this from my Windows PC to revert the NVFlash I did with Rayman and this brought it completely back to factory stock 3.1. Clockworkmod removed, root removed, Boot animation reverted to stock and is 3.1 just as if I never rooted or hacked it. Thanks Zero. I am surprised it took someone this long to do this. Now this gives us the ability to hack and restore to stock without any evidence. I needed this because I am still having graphical issues with my transformer like i previously video taped. I will probably RMA mine soon. Thanks again ZERO!

Its also nice to know that you can go back to where you came from if you don't like the custom ROM's or you want to tinker.
