    more info

we need more info please. copying should be no prob, but playback might be another issue. the only thing i can think of off the top of my head is that ur screen times out and maybe you have set wifi to disconnect when that happens. More info might help diagnose the prob.

when u plug the transformer into what will assume is a laptop, does the dialogue box pop up asking what u want to do?

Are you able to copy other files? If it's just 720p films perhaps it's a size limit problem (greater than 2GB file?).
I'm not sure if it will help or not but try turning USB debugging mode on in settings before plugging into your computer and see if that helps. I cant test anything right now because my TF is out for repairs.

The Problem is everytime i try to copy such a File my explorer.exe crash and try to search a solution, if i click abort it restarts the explorer.
I know the 2/4GB issue of Fat(32), but my sd is a NTFS Drive.

As a example, if i try to copy MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service to my internal or sd card. Explorer crash instant.

Edit: i can play the example well over smb with diceplayer trial.

Right click your sdcard to create a folder. Then transfer your movie into that folder.

Trust me guys, I know what I'm doing.

This seems like a Windows problem. Possibly a software conflict. Here's a good place to start: Let me google that for you
