I'm trying to connect a mouse and keyboard to my pro7d tablet. I've tried 3 non powered hubs and a i-rocks 7 port powered hub. The mouse and keyboard will not work. However when using the powered hub the tablet will charge. When I connect either the mouse or keyboard directly to the tablet OTG port they work. How can i make both the mouse and keyboard work with a USB hub?
What is the brand of the keyboard and hub? I can use an air mouse keyboard with the hub, and the OTG port will work for an ethernet connection

I had the same issue, so I contacted Visual Land yesterday. I will let you know when or if I get a resolution.
Could be a defective hub or it could matter what order you plug things. Try plugging the hub in first then each device one at a time wait for it to connect before plugging in the next thing. Or plug everything into the hub then plug in the otg cable. Try different ports on the hub. Sometimes there seems to be a main port that must be used first. I've had problems with powered hubs before but managed to get things moving by rearranging the set up order.

I received an email this week that Visual Land is sending me an OTG cable. My tablet did not have one in the box and I bought a USB A female to USB mini B adapter which only works with one device not a hub. I will let you know when I get back home if it solves the problem.
I got the Visual Land OG adapter, but it does not change anything. I plan to contact their technical support about the issue. I will keep you updated.
