    One of the things on our "To Do" list is the over the air updates. In that sense, if something goes wrong it's our fault and your warranty will not be voided. The current method which is explained here on Tablet Roms requires the customer to update the firmware themselves, which means they are the ones modifying the system folder files. That's why we can't "officially" host this method for upgrades. If you want an "official" update that won't void your warranty, you'll have to send it in to us for us to do it.

    Of course if you aren't physically changing anything and aren't trying to install a custom ROM, but rather just brick your tablet trying to update to OUR 4.0.4 firmware...our support guys wouldn't know the difference. But you didn't hear that from me...

    Actually it would be pretty easy to tell unless the tablet would be completely unrecoverable all they would have to do to verify the last versions run on the tablet would be to..... ohhh wait!

    Where can I get the rom for 4.0.4? I messed up my app manager with the wrong google play script and I need to re-flash to stock 4.0.4. I have a Prestige 10. This site is really great I have been searching through the threads and lots of people seem to be re-flashing with 4.0.4 but I don't know where to get the rom. Thanks for your time people.
