    Visual Land Firmware

Because of the larger selection of Tablets from Visual Land than when I first started this thread, we now have seperate sub-forums and I have made separate threads for each Tablet Specific firmware file. Because every one uses Livesuit to flash the firmware, the method is identical in every case, just differing images.

Click any of the below links to go to the specific thread that will supply you with the proper images.

    Prestige 10

    Connect 9

RANTiSocial and I have been working on getting this process streamlined, as of right now, he is having some problems with the drivers. We are working on it, and if the process turns out to be involved enough I will make a video tutorial to make it easier on everybody.

This should flash easily under livesuit. I just flashed the Gingerbread firmware on to an Alpha 2 and it works perfectly so far EDIT: I spoke too soon, the acelleromoter files didn;t work.. These are the instructions for getting Allwinner Tablets into bootstrap mode if they do not have the hardware button: TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

    1. Power off the tablet
    2. Plug tablet into PC
    3. Run Livesuit and pick the image file you wish to use. The program will go to the 0% screen.
4.Hold down the volume down button (-) and continue to hold it.
    5. Press the power button for just a second or two. (This can be tricky, too long and the tablet reboots.)
6.Now quickly press and release the power button 3 or 4 times. You will hear two connect sounds and Livesuit should prompt you twice to start the image. You can release the volume down and continue. Your tablet will now flash.

    Livesuit 1.09

Livesuit Walkthrough I did. For some reason the formatting got funky in the original.

I unpacked and mounted the system file in the Ginferbread firmware so getting a custom rom out shouldn't be that hard.

I Just checked the USB drivers and it looks like the driver for the phoenix is the same as Livesuit. The SI file is identical

LOl Have I mentioned I don't sleep much sometimes. But then I see your response time.

Just to clarify for other, that was a Skytex Skypad Alpha 2. I also tried it on an Eken T02A with the same results. Playing around with the Phoenix USB it looks like they are just version of the same basic program. Livesuit has a couple more features it looks like although with documentation being in Chinese as well who knows what they are exactly.

4.Hold down the volume down button (-) and continue to hold it.
