    contact center recommendations

Hello, guys! My brother and his friends are planning to put up their own contact center. He told me that they already have an estimate for computer specs, internet fees, etc. The only thing that they have to work on to is to find a reliable contact center software. Do you guys know of any? Please let me know. Thanks!

I know a few but I am not sure if it will fit your company's need. You can try InContact, Genesys and Five9. I heard Five9 is one of the leading contact center solution providers and I have been hearing a lot of good feedback about it.

Thanks for your suggestions but it's okay now. My brother chose Interactive Intelligence since it was recommended by a close friend and it has unified communications. They're just waiting for the installation to finish and they'll be up and running soon.
