    A Surprisingly Good Tablet

When I ordered this tablet, I figured at the worst I would be getting a device that could be used as an ereader, and do some web surfing. Didn't know how good the MIPS processor would be performance-wise, or how the build quality of the device would be. For the price, $138 shipped, it wasn't a huge gamble. After 3 weeks with this tablet, I am really pleased with it. The ICS experience is very pure, no manufacturer's BS overlaid on top. For a 1ghz single core chip, it runs very well. Screens smoothly scroll, and most apps and videos play well, with no hiccups. Wifi is very good, it gets strong signals at pretty good distances from my router. The MIPS processor does limit what you can see as available in the android market, which is a little annoying. But there always is the Amazon appstore, which lets you download anything, and various ways of sideloading apps. The screen is bright, and the battery is ridiculous. My niece misplaced hers, and couldn't find it for 2 days. Finally located it in some folded towels, and while in standby for 2 days 4 hours, it still had 31% battery left, and she doesn't remember if it was fully charged to start. It seems more apps are being compiled to work with MIPS, and there is a rom for the device(I'm waiting for the overclocked version to come out). Overall, it's worth the money I spent, and I think it will just become more useful as I find more apps that work with it.

As long as you know what it can and can't do, it's a pretty good bargain.

They also now have the Advanced II out, their devices are very sound and great for the price. I got mine at Merimobiles.com and they have awesome shipping and its free.

There's a new rom by pinkflozd, 0.8, which really runs well. Comes with Apex launcher, and is very smooth.

run Football Manager is compatible, but the Sega football manager isn't, according to Google Play. However, many apps that the play market says are not compatible, will work when you use magiccode. you have to sideload the apps and try them.
