Please Help me with my Nook Tablet!

I have a Nook Tablet 16GB 1.4.3. Bear with me while I try and give you all the details (yes I am a noob).
I rooted using the Albert Wertz method with the SD_ROOT_NT16or8gbV4_7 file.
I then flashed CM7 using the cm-7-TEAM-B-BETA1-signed file.
Last night I went to flash MIUI but never got that far since it errored out on me. Before I tried to flash MIUI, I wiped data/factory reset then wiped cache partition as I have done before.
Apparantly I bricked it but I'm not really sure how that happened.
On reboot, could not get CM7 to load.
Searched online for an unbrick tool.
Downloaded the bn_142_factory_recovery.zip file from Ray Waldo website. Ran that and everything installed great, but on reboot it says installing, it then errors out and says reboot or contact BN.
This is where I am now.
Good news is that I can still boot into CWM v5.0.2.8, however when I do I get following message:
    CWM-based Recovery v5.0.2.8
    E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/command
    E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/log
    E:Can't open /cache/recovery/log
    E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_log
    E:Can't open /cache/recovery/last_log
If I try to wipe data/factory reset I get the following message:
    Formatting /data....
    E:format_volume: make_extf4fs failed on /dev/block/platform/mmci-omap-hs.1/by-name/userdata
    Formatting /cache....
    E:format_volume: make_extf4fs failed on /dev/block/platform/mmci-omap-hs.1/by-name/cache
    Formatting /sd-ext....
    E:format_volume: make_extf4fs failed on /dev/block/mmcblk1p2
    Formatting /sdcard/ .android_secure...
    Data wipe complete.
More good news is that I can boot CM7 from a bootable sd card (currently what I am doing) but if I don't have a card in it, it is no good.
My question is has anyone had this same problem or any advice on how to fix this? Running out of options and there doesn't seem to be any new threads or information anywhere.

Sorry that I can't provide any help, I have the same problem as you down to the letter. If you do figure anything out though please share.

    Thanks

    *edit*

From what it seems, the partition's are damaged on our Nook Tablets. When I perused the XDA forums, I found ways to fix this but I get stonewalled by the ADB (Android Debug Bridge) not detecting my device with the "adb devices" command, even though the drivers appear to be installed correctly.

Here are the posts from XDA I was refering to so you can make sense of them.

I am going to try some of these out and report back. Hopefully something comes of it. I have seen people post about ADB, but never really read up about it, I guess now I will. Thanks for the info, Depardieu!

Good luck! I am still in a rut here, my NT can boot from SD just fine, but from internal it just boots to the grey/silver "n" nook logo and constantly reboots. Hopefully someone has some advice. Also on my Ray Waldo "green check mark" factory recovery, I ironically don't get the green check, I just get a red X and then its reboots. 'Spose I'll just have to wait and see.

I don't get the green check mark either. I think if there was a different repartition image, say one that was 1.4.3, we could solve for this. Just a thought.
