SDcard install went o.k. [ For me, "internal" install failed because twrp had not mounted everything needed. ]

Note: mmcblk0 partition allocations have beginning of next same place as end of last (i.e., they overlap).

mmcblk0 needs to be partitioned as p1=/system and p2=/data both ext4 format as yaffs2 doesn't seem to work in M for standard mtdblock.

You forgot and missed one point after connect Adam to computer via USB:
    4. Set Adam nvflash to recovery mode by holding Volume- and power on.

Only then you need go to the Device Manager, etc..
    I hope I'm not mistaken.

if hold the vol - and power on, then the device just remains in blank state and windows doesn't even show notion ink icon. by starting the adam by just power on, windows detect notion ink and tries to install driver for it . ie goes atleast 1 step ahead.

I am not able to follow tenchi instruction as the ADP USB driver points to generic page which talks about nexus adp and didn't solve the problem
I also tried following TRWP installation but not able to find NV Flash in lollipop ROM. please help

You can download NVFLASH from Omni-ROM 5.1.0: [L-ROM] Tenchi's Omni-ROM Lollipop Android 5.x for ADAM [WIP]. Then you should bee set to install twrp. From twrp you should be able to install adb driver.
