the "tell us how" is in the first post of the main thread. really people, the instructions work, as long as you follow them correctly.
if it does not work the best advice is to try again, sometimes starting from an older rom, and upgrading through nvflash etc.

my personal successes (and i have not had any lockscreen or bootloop problems ever) are by wiping everything, including all sdcards before flashing.

Is there no way the installation process can warn a user about insufficient storage or incorrect partitioning schemes?
Very happy with my Samsung Galaxy Note AND Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 (8")

    In Win7:
    • click Start
    • search for Device Manager
    • look for Other Devices > APX, right click in APX
    • search for Driver in a folder, path to nvflash_win_lin directory
    • once you FINALLY installed the apx driver, run the download.bat

Then follow the step in the first post.

Go to recovery(press power on button and vol+ together for 5 seconds), and clear cache. Then reboot.
