I personally have an Asus Transformer, and would absolutely love it if the Technology or proagramming was there so that I could transfer a few of my Legal ISO dvd copies onto my Transformer and watch them in bed....I know I could spend hours decoding it into a playable format, but screw that....Surely this would be an Ultimate! mod!
Any Ideas guys??? Roach? Think you could handle this???
Well not exactly what you are looking for but I am trying to get Stream of video/audio from Desktop(any device) to Android and vis vers. I got audio working but it still has some issues (like lag) Trying to look into RTP stream protocol and Android NDK!!
Not an iso player but this player supposedly supports playing DVD files that have been transferred to your device with no conversion. Might get you close to what you want.
i Have yet to try it myself though.

Refresh my memory folks, but how much space does one need to transfer a dvd onto any android device, be it the Transformer or another tablet or phone.
I wouldn't mind downloading that app onto my phone and when i connect the phone to my lapdock be able to see the movie.
Well then, I'm glad I got the 32GB SD Card then.
A 500GB external hard drive would take care of the problem. I keep music on my microSDHC card for regular use and movies in my external hard drive since I don't play them as much.
