So they have 1 game that takes advantage of the quad-cores. Until there's a lot of 4-core tablets using Nvidia chips sold, I don't think there will be many games or other apps that can take full advantage of Kal-el's capabilities. Don't forget TI is making a push into mobile devices with it's quad-cores, so developers will have a choice which platform to optimize for. Having said that, it does look like some really good graphics in Glowball.

I can see some point and click real time time strategy games in the making for these quad cores. Maybe a portable version of Starcraft or Diablo, even though I don't play either of them. Dynamic lighting is nice for making things look pretty but when you can put more characters or better textures on the screen without slowing down the game is when the cores come in handy.

With the Tegra 3 we are approaching our phones and tablets being as powerful as computers. The possibilities are endless. Now we just need a bump in RAM from 1gb to 2 or even 3.

Yeah portable power is really nice, now lets hope they make programs take advantage of it....even if they are business apps.

There are already games that will take advantage of it. Riptide is one. You can see a real short demo of it here:

I can see some point and click ongoing technique amusements really taking shape for these quad centers. Perhaps a compact adaptation of Starcraft or Diablo, despite the fact that I don't play either of them. Element lighting is pleasant for making things look pretty yet when you can put more characters or better surfaces on the screen without easing off the amusement is the point at which the centers prove to be useful.
