Exclamation Retain root when factory reset?

Yes, I know I have posted two times on this forum...but now I need more help with this tablet.
Sooo, what I am wanting to do is factory reset because lately it's been a little laggy with me, and I do believe there is a virus somewhere from letting little kids play on the tablet. Will I be able to factory reset AND keep my root or will I have to root it again myself????

Depending onn the firmware the tablet comes rooted. If rooted correctly the reset won't affect root.
